Torsten Topbjerg

Jeg er først og fremmest et familie- og forenings menneske. Jeg arbejder som Senior Project Manager hos LEAP Solutions i Støvring, en startup virksomhed inden for energiområdet. Her beskæftiger vi os med tekniske løsninger til den grønne omstilling, såsom P2X med batterier, brint og brændselsceller, samt maskinlæring/AI og traditionel styring og regulering.

I min fritid er jeg aktiv i det lokale foreningsliv i Nordjylland. Jeg er formand for den lokale esport forening i Støvring, hvor jeg brænder for vores unges liv og trivsel i en tid med mange forandringer. Det var også grunden til, at jeg stiftede foreningen.

Mit engagement har ført til opgaver og tillidsposter hos blandt andet Coding Pirates, Natteravnene, bestyrelsen for DGI Nordjylland samt Hovedbestyrelsen og Forretningsudvalget for Skole og Forældre.

Jeg er gift med Torunn, som arbejder som sygeplejerske på Aalborg Universitetshospital. Sammen har vi to børn, hvoraf den yngste stadig går i folkeskolen.

Jeg stiller op for at give privatansatte en stærkere stemme i IDA og for at styrke IDA’s stemme i samfundet generelt. Danmark er i dag et land med stor velstand og et godt sikkerhedsnet for dets indbyggere. Uden råstoffer har vores iderigdom muliggjort dette, takket være innovative danske virksomheder og specielt vores dygtige ingeniører.

For at bevare velstand og sikkerhed i Danmark skal vi skabe gode forhold for både virksomhederne og deres ansatte. Dette er vigtigt både for Danmark nu og for de kommende generationer. Det er afgørende, at IDA har fokus på dette. Viden og kompetencer i samspil med gode virksomhedsforhold giver os de bedste forudsætninger for at sikre et godt liv i Danmark.

Når de private virksomheder samt de ansatte i disse trives, så trives Danmark som land også.

Man skal stemme på mig, hvis man ønsker et foreningsmenneske til at repræsentere sig i IDA. Jeg har stor erfaring med at skabe resultater gennem dialog og forhandlinger på tværs af uenigheder. Jeg ved, hvordan en organisation kan være tydelig i sin kommunikation til omverdenen. Jeg vil via dette kunne gøre en stor forskel i IDA.

Min styrke og erfaring kommer fra de mange dele af samfundet, som jeg har engageret mig i – både jobmæssigt, politisk og i foreningslivet. Stem på mig, hvis du vil bringe mine erfaringer og kompetencer i spil for at styrke både IDA samfundsmæssigt og de privatansattes stemme i IDA.

First and foremost, I am a family and community-oriented person. I work as a Senior Project Manager at LEAP Solutions in Støvring, a startup company in the energy sector. Here, we focus on technical solutions for the green transition, such as P2X with batteries, hydrogen, and fuel cells, as well as machine learning/AI and traditional control and regulation.

In my spare time, I am active in the local community in North Jutland. I am the chairman of the local esports association in Støvring, where I am passionate about the lives and well-being of our youth in a time of many changes. This was also the reason I founded the association.

My engagement has led to tasks and positions of trust with organizations such as Coding Pirates, Natteravnene, the board of DGI Nordjylland, as well as the Main Board and Executive Committee for Skole og Forældre.

I am married to Torunn, who works as a nurse at Aalborg University Hospital. Together, we have two children, the youngest of whom is still in primary school.

I am running to give private sector employees a stronger voice in IDA and to strengthen IDA's voice in society in general. Today, Denmark is a country with great wealth and a good safety net for its inhabitants. Without natural resources, our creativity has made this possible, thanks to innovative Danish companies and especially our skilled engineers.

To maintain prosperity and security in Denmark, we must create good conditions for both companies and their employees. This is important for Denmark now and for future generations. It is crucial that IDA focuses on this. Knowledge and skills, combined with good business conditions, provide us with the best foundation for ensuring a good life in Denmark.

When private companies and their employees thrive, Denmark as a country thrives as well.

I know how an organization can be clear in its communication to the outside world. Through this, I can make a significant difference in IDA.
