Pragmatisk og samarbejdsvant civilingeniør (E) indenfor teknisk fysik med fokus på klimaet, grøn energiproduktion, samfund, familieliv og vores fælles bedre sikrede fremtid sammen.

Jeg er aktiv i IDA, både som indvalgt repræsentant for listen for perioden 2022-2025 og som formand for det nye faglige netværk IDA Nuclear, som primært afholder seminarer om alt indenfor emnet nuklear teknik, herunder fissions- og fusionskraft, stråling, helsefysik, sikkerhed, beredskab, samt f.eks. industriel og medicinsk anvendelse af kilder.

I mine første 8 arbejdsår førte jeg tilsyn med sikkerheden på Risøs nukleare anlæg. I de sidste 24 år har jeg været patent-rådgiver i bureau, senere med eget firma med teknologi-scouting, så patent-manager indenfor industrien, og nu patentspecialist på DTU, hvor jeg medvirker til kommercialisering, dvs. licensering/salg af patenter og softwarelicenser til startups og andre firmaer.

Hjalp i min fritid de to nye danske smeltet-salt-reaktor-firmaer med nuklear sikkerhed og patenter, nemlig Copenhagen Atomics og derefter Seaborg Technologies.

Bor på Østerbro i København med min mand, som også er civilingeniør, og vi har to store tvillingedrenge.

Jeg støtter op om alle listens formål og er drevet af teknologisk klimakamp. Mit personlige fokus er, at IDA skal klædes bedre på og styrkes til samfundsdebatten om omstilling til grøn energi med atomkraft, med fokus på en mere stabil grøn energiforsyning med lavest mulige CO2-impact og natur- og klime-påvirkning,                 

Klimakrisen kan effektivt modvirkes ved også at indføre grøn atomkraft i Danmark i kombination med de andre grønne energiformer i et styrket og intelligent styret elnet, så også varme og transport kan komme over på el som basis-energiform, eller man alternativt bruger atomkraft til proces- og fjernvarme.

Har mange års erfaring med bestyrelsesarbejde og ønsker også at medvirke til fælles politikker om ægte fag-løsninger indenfor mange teknologier, herunder selvfølgelig især omkring grøn energiforsyning.

Men også selve ingeniør-faget er vigtigt for mig, hvad angår uddannelse, produktionsteknik, automatisering og udvikling af det danske eksport- og arbejdsmarked med ingeniør-teknikkens hjælp.  

Inklusion og tolerance er vigtigt for mig uanset køn, evner, fysiske muligheder, og stedet, man oprindeligt kommer fra.

Jeg vil arbejde for at sikre, at IDA:

• aktivt arbejder på at indføre atomkraft i energimixet i Danmark i kombination med VE og et intelligent styret netværk. Fordi som ingeniører har vi pligt til at bidrage med fakta, så politikerne kan få et velfunderet grundlag til at vælge tekniske solide energi-beslutninger og -løsninger. 
• primært fokuserer på at være FAG-forening, hvor medlemmernes ordentlige arbejdsforhold er vigtigst.
• vil støtte op om mere oplysning om alle grønne teknologier, især atomkraft, og de dertil knyttede udfordringer, 
• støtter IDA Nuclear, som er nu oprettet som fagteknisk netværk, med mig som formand, men bestyrelsen arbejder hen imod, at vi bliver et eget selskab under IDA. Vi arbejder for at afholde endnu flere informative seminarer (primært hybrid-møder), så endnu flere af vores IDA-medlemmer kan få mere viden om atomkraft specifikt og kerneteknik generelt.
• medvirker til at hindre de planlagte besparelser og den planlagte udflytning af uddannelser og forskning væk fra de på trods af budget-beskæringer endnu godt fungerende centrale uddannelses-miljøer, vi har i dag. Færre og dårligere uddannede akademikere, ingeniører, STEM-ansatte og maskinmestre er et minus for Danmark som industri-nation - ikke et plus.

I am a pragmatic and cooperative M.Sc. in electronic engineering in technical physics (nuclear tech) with a focus on the climate, a green energy transition, a stable society, a giving family and work life and our common better secured future together.

I am active in IDA both as elected representative for the list for the period of 2022-25 and as Chairman for the new professional network IDA Nuclear. It primarily holds events on the general topic of nuclear technologies, such as fission- and fusion power, radiation, health physics, nuclear safety, preparedness, but also industrial and medical uses of radioactive sources.

In my first eight years of work I was a Nuclear Safety Inspector and inspected the operational safety at Risø Nuclear Research Facilities. For the last 24 years I have been a Patent Advisor, first as a Patent Consultant in Patent Agencies, later I had my own company providing Technology Scouting, then I was a Patent Manager in industry and am now Senior Patent Specialist at DTU, where I participate in the commercialization, i.e. licensing/sale of patents and software to startups and established companies.

In my free time during 2015-22 I assisted the two new Danish Molten Salt Reactor companies with nuclear safety and patents, that is Copenhagen Atomics and thereafter Seaborg Technologies.

I live in Østerbro in Copenhagen with my husband, who is also a M.Sc. in Engineering, and we have two big twln boys.

I support totally all the policies of the IDA AJT list and I am driven to fight the technological climate battle. My personal focus is that IDA must become better equipped and strengthened to participate in the discussions in society about the transition into a green energy society with nuclear power with a focus on a more realistic and more stable green energy production with the lowest possible CO2- as well nature- and climate-impact,                

The climate crisis can effectively be counteracted by also introducing green nuclear power in Denmark. This should be in combination with the other green energy types in a strengthened and intelligently controlled electricity network, but also heat and transport could transition over to electricity or we could alternatively use nuclear power directly to process and district heating.

I have many years of experience with Board work and also want to participate in developing common policies about really professional  realistic solutions within many areas and using all the available and suitable technologies, of course primarily green energy production technologies.

But also the Engineering Profession is important to me. This includes primarily education, but also production technologies, automation and development of the Danish export and work market using engineering techniques.  

Inclusion and tolerance is important for me no matter which sex, abilities, physical handicaps and place of origin one comes with and from.

I will actively cooperate with the other lists to make sure that IDA:

• actively supports and enable to add nuclear power into the  energy mix in Denmark in combination med renewables and inside an intelligently controlled network - because as engineers and STEM-workers we have the duty to support the society with facts and knowledge, so that the politicians can be provided a well-founded basis to select technically and economically sound solid energy decisions and solutions.
• primarily focuses on being a UNION and SOCIETY where all the members will be provided decent and supported work and competence conditions and that should remain key.
• will support to provide more and better information about all the green technologies, in particular nuclear power, and the thereby connected challenges,
• support IDA Nuclear, which has now been established as a professional network, with me as Chairman - and where the Board is working towards becoming a full Society under IDA. We will in 2025 set up more events - primarily hybrid ones with webinars - so that even more of the IDA members can be provided more knowledge about nuclear power specifically and nuclear technologies more generally.
• cooperate to hinder more budget costs in education and research - we need an educated work force also in engineering and innovation. We have as yet still got good central education environments - let's keep them. Less educated academics, engineers, STEM-employees and machine-technicians is a plus for Denmark and deeply needed if we wish to remain an industrial nation .
