Election test
Take IDA's election test here and see who you agree with the most. Please note that the election test is only available in Danish.
The election test is developed by one of Denmark's most experienced specialists, Kristoffer Hecquet, who has been creating election tests for national elections in Denmark, Norway and Sweden for the past 12 years.
How the results are calculated
For the election test, IDA's political lists have responded to 21 political statements where their opinions differ.
To further distinguish between the lists' responses, the option 'I don't know' has been removed. This is because 'I don't know' can represent anything from 'neither nor' and 'both yes and no' to indifference towards the question, and therefore a match on 'I don't know' is not indicative.
Additionally, a large number of 'I don't know' responses would result in small differences determining the test result. However, the category 'I don't know' still exists in the mathematical calculation behind the test.
When you take the election test, your answers are matched up against the political lists' responses, and the test shows who you agree with the most.
