Complaints
The election committee will monitor that the election is conducted fairly and according to the guidelines announced to the list coordinators.
The election committee receives and handles any complaints about the election or the behaviour of individuals or lists in connection with the election. Complaints can be filed to [email protected]
Complaints involving lists and candidates must be made before the end of the voting period.
Lists will have 24 hours to correct any mistake.
If a list violates the Danish Data Protection Act, the election committee will report the breach to the Danish Data Protection Agency.
Complaints about the Election Committee are submitted to IDA's Management Secretariat at [email protected] and handled by an external lawyer.
Complaints against the Election Committee must be submitted no later than 5 weekdays (12 April by the end of the day) after the election results are announced.
