I am passionate about making a positive impact in my community and in our country, particularly in addressing environmental sustainability and mental health issues among the youth of today, due to the negative impact of mobile phones and social media.
One of my primary concerns is making our schools more environmentally friendly. By exploring ideas with my peers, I hope to implement and promote energy-saving initiatives, that will reduce our carbon footprint, as well as reducing school energy bills so money can be spent on more worthwhile causes. I am eager to collaborate with others to create a greener school environment.
People should vote for me because I am honest, approachable and will make decisions for the greater good. I want to mould the future of Llanelli in a positive way.
Having experience of being a school council representative, I know I have the ability to collaborate and make positive changes and decisions for the future of the young people in our community.
Rydw i’n angerddol dros gael effaith bositif yn fy nghymuned a’n gwlad, yn enwedig datrys problemau cynaliadwyedd amgylcheddol ac iechyd meddwl ymysg pobl ifanc heddiw, oherwydd effaith negyddol ffonau symudol a’r cyfryngau cymdeithasol.
Un o fy mhrif bryderon yw gwneud ein ysgolion yn fwy cyfeillgar i’r amgylchedd. Drwy drafod syniadau gyda fy nghyd-ddisgyblion, dw i’n gobeithio gweithredu a hyrwyddo mentrau arbed ynni fydd yn lleihau ein hôl-troed carbon, yn ogystal â lleihau biliau ynni ysgolion fel bod arian yn gallu cael ei wario ar bethau pwysicach. Dw i’n awyddus i weithio gydag eraill i greu amgylchedd ysgol mwy gwyrdd.
Dylai pobl bleidleisio drosof fi oherwydd dw i’n onest, mae’n hawdd siarad â fi a dw i’n mynd i wneud penderfyniadau da er budd pawb. Dw i eisiau siapio dyfodol Llanelli mewn ffordd bositif. Oherwydd fy mhrofiad ar y cyngor ysgol, dw i’n gwybod bod gen i’r gallu i gydweithio a gwneud newidiadau a phenderfyniadau positif i ddyfodol pobl ifanc yn ein cymuned.
