CANDIDATE STATEMENT

I would like to have the opportunity to become a welsh youth parliament member to have my voice heard. I would like to represent young people’s voices and to help shape a positive future with the concern of young welsh people. I would consult with young people in my area through meetings, surveys and social media to ensure they are represented and heard. People should vote for me because I'm determined to make their quiet concerns heard. Though I'd say i’m naturally quiet, my passion is to make a meaningful difference for everyone. I believe my experience within the army cadets has taught me many skills, such as respect, loyalty, and commitment. Additionally, studying law and sociology at A levels have given me a better understanding of the world we live in, and has inspired me to make a difference. I also believe I’m a good listener, empathetic and determined, which I believe are essential qualities for representing young people in the welsh youth parliament. I also have experience in

DATGANIAD YMGEISYDD

Hoffwn gael y cyfle i ddod yn aelod o Senedd Ieuenctid Cymru er mwyn i fy llais gael ei glywed. Hoffwn gynrychioli lleisiau pobl ifanc a helpu i greu dyfodol cadarnhaol i bobl ifanc Cymru. Byddwn yn ymgynghori â phobl ifanc yn fy ardal drwy gyfarfodydd, arolygon a’r cyfryngau cymdeithasol i sicrhau eu bod yn cael eu cynrychioli a’u clywed. Dylai pobl bleidleisio i mi oherwydd rwy'n benderfynol o leisio eu pryderon tawel. Er y byddwn i'n dweud fy mod yn naturiol dawel, fy angerdd yw gwneud gwahaniaeth ystyrlon i bawb. Rwy'n credu bod fy mhrofiad gyda chadetiaid y fyddin wedi dysgu llawer o sgiliau i mi, fel parch, teyrngarwch, ac ymrwymiad. Yn ogystal, mae astudio’r gyfraith a chymdeithaseg ar gyfer Safon Uwch wedi rhoi gwell dealltwriaeth i mi o’r byd rydyn ni’n byw ynddo, ac wedi fy ysbrydoli i wneud gwahaniaeth. Rwyf hefyd yn credu fy mod yn wrandäwr da, yn empathetig ac yn benderfynol, sydd, yn fy marn i, yn rhinweddau hanfodol ar gyfer cynrychioli pobl ifanc yn Senedd Ieuenctid Cymru. Mae gen i brofiad hefyd o ran
