Youth mental health - Sports/Iechyd meddwl ieuenctid - chwaraeon
I’m a keen boxer hoping to make sports available to everyone and make sure young people have access to free sport that will help them with their mental health and confidence.
I was recently part of a campaign with the Daily Mirror #yr9no10 where I had the pleasure of shooting a campaign video and also going to the Labour conference in Liverpool, meeting DP Angela Raynor, Kwajo Twenboa to campaign for youth mental health.
My parents own a community coffee shop in Grange Pavilion and me and my siblings take part in a lot of programmes, events that take place there - this allows me to meet people my age quite frequently and talk about things that we're quite passionate about.
Rwy'n focsiwr brwd sy'n gobeithio sicrhau bod chwaraeon ar gael i bawb a gwneud yn siŵr bod pobl ifanc yn cael mynediad i chwaraeon am ddim a fydd yn eu helpu gyda'u hiechyd meddwl a'u hyder.
Yn ddiweddar roeddwn i’n rhan o ymgyrch gyda’r Daily Mirror #yr9no10 lle cefais y pleser o ffilmio fideo ymgyrch a hefyd mynd i gynhadledd Llafur yn Lerpwl, gan gwrdd â’r Dirprwy Brif Weinidog Angela Raynor a Kwajo Twenboa i ymgyrchu dros iechyd meddwl ieuenctid.
Mae fy rhieni yn berchen ar siop goffi gymunedol ym Mhafiliwn Grange ac rydw i a fy mrodyr a chwiorydd yn cymryd rhan mewn llawer o raglenni a digwyddiadau sy'n cael eu cynnal yno - mae hyn yn caniatáu i mi gwrdd â phobl o'r un oedran â mi yn eithaf aml a siarad am bethau rydyn ni’n go angerddol amdanynt.
