Shwmae! Since December 2021 I have had the privilege of representing the young people of Cardiff North, in the Welsh Youth Parliament.
At every opportunity I have amplified the voice of young people; I have always aimed to take your opinion and your voice to the very heart of decision making. My priorities from 3 years ago remain unchanged: Poverty, Transport & Mental Health. There simply hasn’t been enough progress in these areas. Free school meals, new trains and 111 press 2 are all welcome improvements but there is much more still to do!
It has been an honour to represent you and I hope to continue being a community driven champion. So please vote Ruben Kelman for Cardiff North; Ymlaen, gyda’n gilydd! - Forward, together!

Nid yw fy mlaenoriaethau o 3 blynedd yn ôl wedi newid: tlodi, trafnidiaeth ac iechyd meddwl. Ni fu digon o gynnydd yn y meysydd hyn. Mae prydau ysgol am ddim, trenau newydd a gwasanaeth 111 pwyso 2 i gyd yn welliannau i’w croesawu, ond mae llawer mwy i’w wneud o hyd!
