I would like to become a Welsh Youth Parliament Member as I feel I would be passionate about issues brought to me and would aim to do my best to help resolve these making the local area better for young people. I am also very interested in following the law and am currently studying it as an A-Level. As someone who was not always naturally confident I feel I understand the difficulties of voicing your view and would make myself accessible through social media and other means to gain insight into issues in the area and be able to fight for these. I have been an active member of my local scout group for the last 9 years and have now become a young leader helping to teach young people skills for life. I intend to continue doing this for as long as I can to provide opportunities to young people and was lucky enough to attend The World Scout Jamboree in 2023 where I met lots of young people from around the world and shared the welsh culture.

Bydden i’n gwneud yn siŵr bod modd cysylltu gyda fi drwy’r cyfryngau cymdeithasol a dulliau eraill i gael mewnbwn ar faterion yn yr ardal a gallu brwydro dros y rhain. Dw i wedi bod yn aelod gweithredol o’r grŵp Sgowtiaid lleol ers y 9 mlynedd ddiwethaf, a dw i wedi dod yn arweinydd ifanc yn helpu i ddysgu pobl ifanc sgiliau am oes. Dw i’n bwriadu parhau i wneud hyn cyn hired ag sy’n bosib i gynnig cyfleoedd i bobl ifanc. Ro’n i’n ddigon ffodus i fynd i Jambori Sgowtiaid y Byd yn 2023, lle cefais gwrdd â llawer o bobl ifanc o bedwar ban byd a rhannu diwylliant Cymru.
