Being a Welsh Youth Parliament Member is an amazing opportunity that I am grateful for being a possible candidate for. Recently, I have discovered the importance of having a 'voice' and how it can change the lives of students within schools. To ensure that people in my area are represented and feel as though their voice is heard, I can create surveys, questionnaires and conduct interviews to gather any suggestions, ideas, problems and the voices of the students within my area. I have experience with working with people, gathering information and discussing ideas and possibilities. I will try my best to ensure that pupils in my area have their voices heard and considered at the very least.
Mae bod yn Aelod o Senedd Ieuenctid Cymru yn gyfle gwych a dw i’n falch o fod yn ddarpar ymgeisydd. Yn ddiweddar, dw i wedi darganfod pa mor bwysig yw cael ‘llais’ a sut gall newid bywyd disgyblion mewn ysgolion. Er mwyn sicrhau bod pobl yn fy ardal yn cael eu cynrychioli ac yn teimlo fel bod eu lleisiau’n cael eu clywed gallen i greu arolygon, holiaduron a chynnal cyfweliadau i gasglu unrhyw awgrymiadau, syniadau, problemau a lleisiau disgyblion yn fy ardal. Mae gen i brofiad yn gweithio gyda phobl, casglu gwybodaeth a thrafod syniadau a phosibiliadau. Fe wnaf fy ngorau i geisio gwneud yn siŵr bod lleisiau pobl fy ardal yn cael eu clywed, ac yn cael eu hystyried o leiaf.
