Addressing racism in various environments necessitates education, exposure to diversity, and the promotion of inclusivity to cultivate respect for all individuals, regardless of their backgrounds. This issue is closely tied to mental health, as many individuals struggle with these challenges, impacting their well-being. I am well-suited for this role due to my personal experiences and willingness to listen to those afraid to voice their concerns. My background includes serving as a head captain and anti-bullying ambassador, and I am currently involved with Speak Up Speak Out, advocating for students facing bullying, discrimination, and harassment. I aim to facilitate one-on-one or group discussions to empower young people and make a positive impact in the community, shedding light on these critical issues.
Er mwyn mynd i’r afael â hiliaeth mewn amgylcheddau amrywiol, mae angen addysg, amrywiaeth a hyrwyddo cynhwysiant i feithrin parch i bawb, waeth beth yw eu cefndir. Mae’r mater hwn yn agos at iechyd meddwl, gan fod llawer yn cael trafferth gyda’r heriau hyn sy’n effeithio ar eu lles. Rydw i’n addas ar gyfer y rôl hon oherwydd fy mhrofiadau personol a’m parodrwydd i wrando ar y rheiny sy’n ofni lleisio pryderon. Mae fy nghefndir yn cynnwys prif gapten a llysgennad gwrth-fwlio, ac ar hyn o bryd dw i’n gweithio gyda Speak Up Speak Out, sy’n eirioli dros ddisgyblion sy’n wynebu bwlio, gwahaniaethu ac aflonyddu. Fy mwriad yw cael trafodaethau un i un neu grŵp i rymuso pobl ifanc a chael effaith bositif ar y gymuned, gan daflu golau ar y materion hanfodol hyn.
