Hello my name is Ryan Owen Davies. I would love to become a Welsh Youth Parliament Member for many reasons. For example I believe in advocacy and I would like to advocate for changes in schools as outlined in the key issues I have presented. I have previous work experience at Durand Primary school where I worked alongside several teachers in aiding them with the education of the young students. I will consult with the young people in my area and ensure they are represented and their voices heard through the use of social media, polls and meetings. People should vote for me because I am willing to dedicate all of my time into making sure that young peoples problems are solved with haste and efficiency. I have many skills that would be useful as a Welsh Youth Parliament Member such as the ability to understand problems and address them even at the cost of my own reputation. Helo, Ryan Owen Davies ydw i. Dw i eisiau bod yn Aelod o Senedd Ieuenctid Cymru am lawer o resymau. Er enghraifft, dw i’n credu mewn eirioli a bydden i’n hoffi eirioli dros newidiadau mewn ysgolion, fel y materion allweddol dw i wedi dewis. Mae gen i brofiad gwaith yn ysgol gynradd Durand lle bues i’n gweithio gyda sawl athro yn helpu nhw addysgu’r disgyblion ifanc. Dw i’n bwriadu cysylltu â phobl ifanc fy ardal a gwneud yn siŵr eu bod nhw’n cael eu cynrychioli a’u lleisiau yn cael eu clywed drwy ddefnyddio’r cyfryngau cymdeithasol, pleidleisiau a chyfarfodydd. Dylai pobl bleidleisio drosof fi oherwydd dw i’n barod i roi fy holl amser i wneud yn siŵr bod problemau pobl ifanc yn cael eu datrys yn gyflym ac yn effeithlon. Mae gen i lawer o sgiliau fyddai’n ddefnyddiol i mi fel Aelod o Senedd Ieuenctid Cymru fel y gallu ddeall problemau a’u datrys, hyd yn oed ar draul fy enw da fy hun.
