I strongly believe that every young person deserves to have a say in decisions that affect them. After all young people of today are the adults of the future. I possess strong communication skills, empathy, and a willingness to listen to diverse perspectives. I am eager to collaborate with fellow members,listen to the concerns of my peers, and work together to create meaningful change. I am dedicated to being a proactive and reap representative for the youth of wales. I demonstrate this as a young leader within a rainbows club. By participating in activities with the focus to keep the rainbows safe and most importantly to have fun. I have gained confidence showing my ideas in front of large audiences.

Dw i’n credu’n gryf bod pob person ifanc yn haeddu dweud ei ddweud ar benderfyniadau sy’n effeithio arno ef neu hi. Wedi’r cyfan, pobl ifanc heddiw yw oedolion y dyfodol. Mae gen i sgiliau cyfathrebu da iawn, dw i’n gallu dangos empathi, a dw i’n barod i wrando ar safbwyntiau amrywiol. Dw i’n awyddus i gydweithio gyda chyd-aelodau, gwrando ar bryderon cyd-ddisgyblion a gweithio gyda’n gilydd i achosi newid go iawn. Dw i wedi ymrwymo i fod yn gynrychiolydd rhagweithiol ar gyfer pobl ifanc Cymru. Dw i’n arddangos hyn drwy fod yn arweinydd ifanc mewn Clwb Rainbows. Drwy gymryd rhan mewn gweithgareddau gyda’r ffocws ar gadw’r Rainbows yn ddiogel a chael hwyl. Dw i wedi magu hyder drwy ddangos fy syniadau i gynulleidfaoedd mawr.
