I am Zahra Iqbal, a proud member of the deaf community.
The reason why I want to be a part of the Welsh Youth Parliament is that I have enthusiasm to make sure that people are heard and to ensure that they have someone who wants to represent the people and to make sure that their voice is heard instead of being kept in the dark.
The skills and experience that I think would be important to be a part of the Welsh Youth Parliament are that I am able to talk and speak out in front of a large audience and am able to listen attentively to the opinion, needs, and concerns.
The issues that are important to me are the environment, mental health services, and education.
I believe I can be a good candidate for the Welsh Youth Parliament with your help so that we can help the people around us.

Y rheswm pam hoffwn fod yn rhan o Senedd Ieuenctid Cymru yw bod gen i frwdfrydedd i wneud yn siŵr bod pobl yn cael eu clywed, i sicrhau bod ganddyn nhw rywun sydd eisiau cynrychioli’r bobl ac i wneud yn siŵr bod eu llais yn cael ei glywed yn hytrach na’i gadw o’r neilltu.
Y sgiliau a’r profiad dw i’n meddwl fyddai’n bwysig er mwyn bod yn rhan o Senedd Ieuenctid Cymru yw fy mod i’n gallu siarad a lleisio fy marn o flaen cynulleidfa fawr ac yn gallu gwrando’n astud ar farn, anghenion, a phryderon.
Y materion sy’n bwysig i mi yw’r amgylchedd, gwasanaethau iechyd meddwl, ac addysg.
Dw i’n credu y gallaf fod yn ymgeisydd da ar gyfer Senedd Ieuenctid Cymru gyda'ch help chi fel y gallwn helpu'r bobl o'n cwmpas.
