My name is Bryn Malarczyk and I would like to represent the Caerphilly area at the Welsh Youth Parliament.
I want to be a Member of the Youth Parliament because I am interested in politics and I enjoy standing up for people and important issues. I have been a member of the school council and I have made changes for the benefit of others, so I know how to listen to individuals, represent everyone and succeed. I am a friendly person who is easy to approach with important matters. I am confident and willing to work to improve everyone’s situation in Wales.
The three issues that are of particular importance to me are:
The Welsh language: I believe that it is very important that we reach the target of a million Welsh speakers by 2050;
The environment: It is vital that more people realise the impact that they are having on the planet and the environment;
Mental health and well-being: It is crucial that people feel understood and that they can talk to others about their feelings.

Rydw i am fod yn aelod o'r Senedd Ieuenctid oherwydd rydw i'n cael diddordeb yng ngwleidyddiaeth ac rydw i'n mwynhau sefyll lan dros bobl a materion pwysig. Rydw i wedi bod yn rhan o fy nghyngor ysgol ac wedi gwneud newidiadau mae pawb wedi elwa o, felly rydw i'n gwybod sut i wrando ar unigolion, cynrychioli pawb a llwyddo. Rydw i'n berson cyfeillgar sy'n hawdd mynd ato efo materion pwysig. Rydw i'n hyderus ac yn fodlon brwydro i wella sefyllfaoedd pawb yng Nghymru.
Y 3 prif faterion sy'n bwysig iawn i mi yw;
Yr Iaith Cymraeg: Dw i'n credu bod hi'n bwysig iawn cyrraedd y targed o 1 miliwn o siaradwyr Cymraeg erbyn 2050.
Yr Amgylchedd: Mae'n angenrheidiol i fwy o bobl sylwi'r effeithiau maen nhw'n cael ar y blaned a'r amgylchedd.
Iechyd a Lles Meddyliol: Mae'n bwysig iawn i bobl cael dealltwriaeth am sut maen nhw'n teimlo a theimlo bod nhw'n rhydd i siarad â phobl am ei theimladau.
