Listepræsentation

De Privatansatte er en af de store lister i IDA. Vi dækker 80% af IDA´s erhvervsaktive medlemmer. 

Vi arbejder på tværs i IDA, søger samarbejde og indflydelse og har de sidste tre år haft formandsposten.

Foreningens vigtigste opgave er at skabe bedre arbejdsforhold i den private sektor. Erhvervsaktive er kernen i IDA.

Listen består af et bredt udsnit af ingeniører og STEM-uddannede fra hele landet.

Din arbejdsgiver skal ikke bestemme over din opsparing

  • Som privatansatte skal vi selv kunne vælge, hvor vores pensionsmidler spares op. Vi skifter oftere og oftere job, og hver gang skal vi betale for at skifte pensionsselskab. Formidler det pensionsselskab, din arbejdsgiver har valgt, dine midler bedst muligt? 

Få den løn og anerkendelse du fortjener

Brug lønstatistikken til at forhandle din løn.

  • Vi arbejder på for bedre vilkår for privatansatte, eksempelvis ved at fastsætte en vejledende minimalløn og ved at klæde medlemmer på til forhandlinger. IDA skal sørge for, at du har en standardkontrakt som udgangspunkt, når du forhandler – uanset om du forhandler med din eksisterende eller nye arbejdsgiver.

  • Tilgængeligheden af efteruddannelse for STEM-uddannede skal forbedres markant: I dag er tilgængeligheden og kvaliteten ikke god nok.
  • Som vidensmedarbejder skal du have ret til efteruddannelse. IDA skal have en platform, der tilbyder dig relevant efteruddannelse på et niveau, der giver værdi. Herunder livslang læring og mulighed for (gratis) faglige kurser. Blandt andet via samarbejde med GTS-institutter og universiteter.

Mere frihed og fleksibilitet i arbejdslivet

Vi arbejder for bedre muligheder for selv at forme arbejdslivet – med mere indflydelse, bedre balance og bedre karriereudvikling.

Presentation

The Privately Employed is one of the largest groups within IDA, representing 80% of IDA’s members working in the private sector.

We work across IDA, seek collaboration and influence, and have held the chairmanship for the past three years.

The most important task of the association is to improve working conditions in the private sector. Active professionals are the core of IDA.

Our group consists of a broad range of engineers and STEM graduates from across the country.

Freedom to choose your Pension provider

Your employer should not control where your pension funds are invested

  • You should have the right to choose where our pension funds are invested. Job changes are becoming more frequent, and each transition means additional costs for switching pension providers. Also is the provider chosen by your employer really optimizing your savings?

 

Get the Salary and Recognition You Deserve

Use salary statistics to negotiate your pay.

  • We work for better conditions for private-sector employees by advocating for a recommended minimum salary and equipping members for their salary negotiations. IDA should ensure that you have a standard contract as a baseline—whether negotiating with a current or future employer.

 

Professional Development to Maintain Your Market Value

Without competence development, your value declines.

  • The access to education for STEM professionals must be significantly improved. Currently, both availability and quality is inadequate.
  • As a “knowledge worker”, you should have the right to lifelong learning and professional development. IDA should provide a platform offering relevant training at a level that adds real value—including lifelong learning and free professional courses in collaboration with GTS institutes and universities.
