Christina Cohr

Jeg blev færdig som eksportingeniør i 1995 fra Københavns Teknikum (i dag DTU Ballerup Campus). Med min Master of Engineering i bagagen og en baggrund inden for pneumatik og HVAC-ventiler har jeg, siden jeg blev færdig, arbejdet med teknisk salg, kommunikation, bæredygtighed og ledelse. Jeg brænder for teknologisk innovation, bæredygtige løsninger og gode arbejdsforhold på et globalt arbejdsmarked.

Min erfaring spænder bredt og jeg tror på, at vi ved at bruge vores fælles viden og engagement kan skabe en stærkere og mere bæredygtig fremtid.
I IDA har jeg været aktiv i snart 20 år, hvor jeg har deltaget i mange forskellige udvalg og arbejdsgrupper. Mit hjerteblod banket for at IDA også er forankret lokalt, så IDA er synligt i alle afkroge af landet.

Jeg stiller op til IDA-valget, fordi jeg ønsker at styrke IDA som en stærk, dynamisk og medlemsdrevet organisation. Med SDG Partiet har vi har en unik mulighed for at sætte dagsordenen for fremtidens samfund, hvor bæredygtighed, diversitet og globalt samarbejde er i fokus. Vi vil sikre synlighed også i vandkants-Danmark og bringe så meget viden i spil som muligt.Af SDG Partiets 7 mærkesager er de 3 nedenfor særligt vigtige for mig:

💚 Bæredygtighed: Vi skal accelerere den grønne og cirkulære omstilling ved at bringe alle STEM-talenter i spil – mindre forbrug, grønne forbrug og mere genbrug.

🌈 Mangfoldighed: Vi skal præsentere moderne arbejdsmarkedspolitikker, der matcher medlemmernes forskellige behov og sikre fleksible og inkluderende arbejdspladser - fleksible arbejdsvilkår, bedre barselsordninger og mere støtte til iværksættere.

🌍 Globalisering: Vi lever i en sammenkoblet verden, hvor globale problemer kræver internationale løsninger. IDA skal engagere sig i international politik, støtte medlemmer med internationale karrierer og tiltrække globalt talent til Danmark.

Jeg bringer en unik kombination af teknisk ekspertise, strategisk overblik og ledelseserfaring til bordet. Med min baggrund inden for pneumatik, HVAC og bæredygtige løsninger vil jeg arbejde for, at IDA fortsætter med at være modig, relevant og handlekraftig, men jeg vil samtidig sikre optimale vilkår for IDAs voksende skare af aktive medlemmer.

I graduated as an export engineer in 1995 from Copenhagen Technical College (now DTU Ballerup Campus). With my Master of Engineering and a background in pneumatics and HVAC valves, I have since worked in technical sales, communication, sustainability, and management. I am passionate about technological innovation, sustainable solutions, and good working conditions in the global job market.My experience is broad, and I believe that by utilizing our collective knowledge and commitment, we can create a stronger and more sustainable future.

I have been actively involved in IDA for nearly 20 years, participating in various committees and working groups. My dedication lies in ensuring that IDA is also present locally, making IDA visible in all corners of the country.

I am running as a candidate for the IDA election because I want to strengthen IDA to be an even stronger, more dynamic, and member-driven organization. With the SDG Alliance, we have a unique opportunity to set the agenda for the future of society, focusing on sustainability, diversity, and global collaboration. We aim to ensure visibility even in remote parts of Denmark and bring as much STEM knowledge into play as possible.

Of the SDG Alliance’s seven key issues, the following three are particularly important to me:

💚 Sustainability: We must accelerate the green and circular transition by engaging all STEM talents – reducing consumption, promoting green consumption, and increasing recycling.

🌈 Diversity: We need to introduce modern labor market policies that match the diverse needs of our members and ensure flexible and inclusive workplaces – flexible working conditions, better parental leave schemes, and more support for entrepreneurs.

🌍 Globalization: We live in an interconnected world where global challenges require international solutions. IDA should engage in international policies, support members with international careers, and attract global talent to Denmark.

I bring a unique combination of technical expertise, strategic insight, and leadership experience to the table. With my background in pneumatics, HVAC, and sustainable solutions, I will work to ensure that IDA remains bold, relevant, and action-oriented while also securing the best possible conditions for IDA’s growing number of active members.
