Hvem er jeg?
Jeg har været aktiv i bestyrelsen i IDA Silkeborg i 9 år, herunder 2 år som formand, hvilket også gav en plads i bestyrelsen for Region Vest. Jeg har været i bestyrelsen for Kompetenceforum Vest i 4 år og så har jeg siddet i Repræsentantskabet siden 2019 samt været suppleant fra 2016.
Jeg er gift og mor til 2 drenge. Jeg er kreativ i min fritid og så er jeg vokset op i en familie, der altid har været aktiv i foreningslivet - lokalt, regionalt samt nationalt. Det er tydeligvis en del af mit DNA.

Hvorfor stiller jeg op?
Jeg vil kæmpe for den lokale forankring rundt i afdelinger og udvalg med tilbud indenfor kompetencegivende, fagtekniske og sociale arrangementer. Derudover skal der være medlemsfordele, der gør det attraktivt og oplagt at vælge IDA.
Jeg er aktiv på flere områder i IDA og jeg brænder for det at være aktiv i en forening. Ved at stille op til Repræsentantskabet, får jeg mulighed for at være i "maskinrummet" og være med til at præge, hvilken retning IDA går og hvad midlerne bruges til - så medlemmerne får mest værdi for deres kontingent.

Who am I?
I have been active ind the board of IDA Silkeborg for 9 years, including 2 years as chairman, which also gave a place on the board of Region Vest. I have been on the board of Kompetenceforum Vest for 4 years and then I have been on the Board for Representatives since 2019 and been a deputy from 2016.
I am married and the mother of 2 boys. I am creative in my free time and them I grew up in a family, that has always been active in association life - locally, regionally and nationally. It's obviously part of my DNA.

Why am I a candidate?
I will strive for the local anchoring around sections and committees with offers within competence-enhancing, technical and social event. In addition, there must be membership benefits that make it attractive and obvious to choose IDA.
I am active in several areas of IDA and I am passionate about being active ind an union. By running for the Board of Representatives, I will get the pooprtunity to be in the "Engine Room" and help shape what direction IDA is going and what the funds are used for - so the members get most value for their contingent.

If you vote for me, you will get a candidate who will work to ensure that IDA is still an association carried by volunteers around local branches and committees.
I want to work for IDA to be found everywhere in the country and not just in the big cities.
